8. At gym!
Getting success takes time, and the success of today is not the success of tomorrow. This is like a never ending story. The actual entrepreneurs will never be satisfied by their level of business, they will ever want to go ahead, to create added-value, to share the success. At the time you think about spending your life on a sofa in a beautiful house with an expensive car, it means a part of you will be dead. The Smart-up approach rejects this target of becoming lazy with money getting from a success. Firstly because the real entrepreneurs have not such mindset. Secondly because getting success one time is not totally meaningful. To prove your ability to act, you need a second success. It is already hard to get a first business success, but even harder to get a second one. This is a long path and you need to be sustainable. Your well-being is connected to your business mindset. To make the brain and the body in the best way to operate, we need to practice gym everyday. It is a bit more detailed process. For instance, 4 times per week fitness (1h00) and stretching (30 minutes), 2 times per week one-hour running 10Km, then one day to rest. We are looking for cofounders who are willing to work for a long term in a sustainable way for their body and mindset.
